The first season concluded with Khloe discovering the shocking information she was Tristan was expecting the baby with another woman. In the premiere of season 2 she reveals that in the recorded phone call to her sibling Kim Kardashian she mentioned that she’d experienced an embryo transfer a couple of days after the story broke. She was in hope of having another child through surrogate.
In the wake of her realization her that Khloe reveals that she “wasn’t ready” to talk about the issue at the moment, Khloe decides to rip off the Band-Aid and begin to dive into the whole thing in this first episode. It jumps into the future, a few years ahead of the remainder episodes of season.
“It’s such a dark cloud around something that’s supposed to be so joyous,” Khloe states, appearing to be lost for most of the show.
“I was definitely very angry, and I think feeling bamboozled,” Khloe says about her ex. “All I know is I was being encouraged to do [the embryo transfer] by a certain date.”
Khloe continues to assert she knew Tristan was aware that the baby was his with Maralee Nichols, while insisting Khloe to continue in the surrogacy process.
“In hindsight, he always knew when the other baby was being born, and especially getting the paperwork that we saw,” she adds. “He found out July 2, so he did know.”
The way that the timeline unfolded, Khloe says, “We did an embryo transfer like days before Thanksgiving, and I found out about Tristan’s situation the first week of December.”
Khloe confesses to being conscious of people who make an assumption about the baby’s conception.
“It’s so close I wouldn’t want anyone to think I did this after the fact,” she declares. “Why would I want to have a baby with someone who’s having a baby with someone else? Because I’m not that much of a sociopath. I’m a lunatic. I’m not deranged.”
Her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, calls Tristan’s actions “really unforgivable,” while everyone in the family is determined to stand by Khloe in this tough time.
In the show, we can see Khloe trying to come acceptance that she’s going to have another child with Tristan under such stressful circumstances again. She remembers the pregnancy of the daughter they had, True Thompson, saying that stress from her current situation with Tristan has caused her to go into premature labor.
“When I had True, I found out 48 hours before she was born that Tristan was cheating on me, and then I went into labor weeks early because I was so stressed out,” Khloe claims.
Khloe spends the majority of the time struggling to conceal the birth announcement about her new baby secret as she tries to come to terms with the issue.
“Oh, I’m very scared. It’s very scary. I think I’m probably not emotionally equipped. I have to brace myself because I know what’s coming,” Khloe shares about the news that is being released. “I don’t think kids should be talked about in that way, and you just want to protect this innocent being that had nothing to do with this and I just don’t want any of that energy around my kids.”
As the time gets closer, Khloe begins to open her arms more, allowing herself to shop for baby items with her mom Kris Jenner and let her family host an intimate baby shower with a lion theme.
She announces that she’s planning for her baby boy to be given the “T” name, to be a match True however, she doesn’t have the name in the show and later jokes about calling the newborn child “no-name Johnson.”
It’s finally time for baby’s arrival. Kim is with Khloe in the hospital and filming on her mobile phone. The newborn is put in the arms of his mother and she wraps him in her arms.

“Now that my son is here, I get to move on, and I get to enjoy,” Khloe says. “It’s almost like I get to close that chapter and be done with this trauma and put it behind me.”
Khloe is also the one to make the decision to let Tristan to visit the hospital in order to meet his son. This is something Kim had previously encouraged.
“I’ve been on the fence about having Tristan come to the hospital or not,” Khloe admits. “But Tristan wants to be here so I just figured why not let him come. I’ll never get this moment back.”
Her ex lets her hold their son and then he compliments her about how much the baby boy looks like his older sister.

Khloe as well as Tristan announced with us that they are expecting their next baby in the middle of July. Their baby son was born on July 28,.
“The two aren’t together and Khloe will have the baby full time,” an ET source has previously spoken about Khloe and Tristan with the added information the following “Khloe wants Tristan in both of the kids’ lives as much as he wants to be.”
Kim went on Twitter after the show’s finale on Thursday to explain the family’s reasons for jumping ahead to discuss Khloe’s condition. The teaser that follows at the close of the episode gives what viewers can expect from the remainder of the season.
“And now flashback to the rest of the season… we didn’t wanna make you wait til the end for this episode,” Kim tweeted.
For Khloe the actress, she reacted to a number of fans who were supportive on social media, but she decided not to live tweet the show. When one fan said she was permitted to stay the evening off Twitter She replied, “Yeah I think I’m going to,” with an emoji of a confused face and hiding as well as, “but man I miss you guys.”
