Arrests
WILLMAR — A 42-year old woman was detained for a warrant at 1:17 p.m. Thursday afternoon in the 1400-block of 22nd Street Southwest. The woman was not in police custody in the Kandiyohi County Jail roster at the time on the afternoon of Thursday .
Willmar — A 20 year old woman was detained after a caller reported that at 11.24 a.m. Thursday morning in the block 3200 of First Avenue Northwest that items taken from his house were being advertised on Facebook. The woman was being held at the Kandiyohi County Jail on Thursday afternoon, being held on suspicion of drug possession.
Willmar — A 33-year-old man was detained for taking merchandise at Cash Wise Foods at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday. The man was not in detention on the Kandiyohi County Jail roster on Thursday afternoon.
Willmar — A 27-year-old man was taken into custody under a warrant following an incident that was reported as suspicious around 1:148 p.m. Wednesday at the junction between Trott Avenue and Fifth Street Southeast. The man was as a suspect on the Kandiyohi County Jail roster on Thursday afternoon, and was facing a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Assault
Willmar — A person who called said that at the time of 7:08 p.m. Wednesday night in the 1500 block 30th Street Southwest that a colleague assaulted them on Tuesday.
KANDIYOHI A caller complained of an assault at about 8.30 p.m. Wednesday night in the area of 12000 on 30th Avenue Northeast in Kandiyohi.
Unusual
Willmar — A person who called told of a man who tried to fight with him at 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning in the 200 block Second Street Southwest.
Hit-and-run
Willmar — A hit and run was reported about 2.30 p.m. Thursday afternoon in the 1300 block Fifth Street Southeast.
Willmar — A hit and run was reported about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in the block 3000 of First Street South.
Fraud
Willmar — A report of a victim who received a fake $100 note was received about 11.49 a.m. on the 500 block 19th Avenue Southeast.
Theft
Willmar — A caller told police that tools had been stolen in the 10th hour of 10:00 a.m. Thursday morning in the 1,000 block Sixth Street Southeast.
