Nick Cannon is getting some rest after being struck down with pneumonia.
“The The Masked Singer” comedian and host, who previously admitted that he suffers from Lupus posted pictures of himself lying in the hospital within an Instagram post on Friday.
“Okay I suppose it’s not Superman … It was a good thing I have promised myself that I will never return to this spot ever again … However, this is an excellent lesson in taking care of you or else you won’t be able take care of others,” Cannon wrote.
The dad with 11 kids said he was feeling good.
“I do not require any prayers or well wishes only some good rest and I’ll return to be healthier than before… It’s pneumonia, nothing I cannot manage.”
In the days prior to his hospitalization Cannon appeared on stage during Cannon and his “Wild’N Out Live” tour on Thursday night in New York City.
“Crazy fact is, the night before we were playing to a sold out audience in the Madison Square Garden in front of thousands of people but now I’m sitting on my own in a small hospital area,” Cannon concluded his blog post. “Life is certainly an adventure! #LupusWarrior.”
